The Sailis 3.0 range extender adopts 15:1 ultra-high compression ratio, deep Miller cycle, high tumble flow ratio, low pressure cooling EGR and other technologies, with a thermal efficiency of over 41%. The flat-wire oil-cooled generator is developed based on engine matching, and the high-efficiency zone overlap is above 95%. The highest oil-electricity conversion rate of the system is 3.44kWh/L. Combined with high-speed oil-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor and 155Wh/kg CTP technology battery, the power performance and fuel economy are excellent.
